What is digital accessibility?

An accessible website is one that enables people with disabilities to access its content and functions without difficulty.

For example, an accessible website allows you to:

  • Navigate using a voice synthesiser and/or a Braille display (used in particular by blind and partially-sighted people).
  • Customise the site display to suit your needs (enlarge or shrink characters, change colours, etc.).
  • Navigate without using the mouse (with the keyboard only, via a touch screen, by voice or any other adapted device).

To achieve this, the website must comply with the standards in force when it is created and updated.

Accessibility declaration

Fonds Clinatec undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with article 47 of law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

To this end, Fonds Clinatec is implementing the following strategy and actions:

  • Version 1 of the website has been redesigned, both in terms of content and form, to take better account of the different visitor audiences, whether professionals or the general public,
  • Thanks to the support provided by Atalan, the new version of the website has been brought into line with web accessibility standards for all browsers (computer, tablet and mobile phone). A special effort has been made to ensure that all the information can be consulted easily and comfortably by all audiences,
  • This effort will continue after the audit in December 2023. The website management teams are committed to taking the necessary steps to ensure that the content that will be added to this website complies with the recommendations. This applies not only to the pages of the site, but also to documents to be downloaded – the introduction of accessible pdf documents -, image media or videos – the transcription of which will be systematised as far as possible.

Compliance status

The https://fonds-clinatec.fr/ website is partially compliant with the French Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité (RGAA) version 4.1.2. Due to the non-compliances listed below.

Test results

The compliance audit carried out by Atalan on 19/12/2023 followed by a second audit on 05/03/2024 on the website in production revealed that 81% of the RGAA version 4.1.2 criteria had been met.
