The Clinatec endowment was created in 2014 to support and develop research at the crossroads of the medical and technological worlds.

This endowment fund aims to enable the opening of new therapeutic avenues for pathologies for which there is no satisfactory solution, thanks to neuroprotective light, electrical impulses or even the use of temperature variations applied locally. From the idea to clinical trials, the Clinatec Fund supports the development of medical devices making it possible to maintain the quality of life, autonomy and social inclusion of sick people and/or people with disabilities, suffering from medical conditions. or neurocerebral lesions such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy or quadriplegia. Located in Grenoble within the Edmond J. Safra biomedical research center, it works with teams from the CEA, CHU Grenoble Alpes and Grenoble Alpes University.
